MEET BAILEY

From starting out in 2017 with zero people in her database, Bailey has grown to the #10 agent in her office of 500 agents for 2022 - as a solo agent! Her success is a direct effort of her marketing on social media, ranking her the #2 agent in Maine on social media by PropertySpark.

Selling over 300 properties in 5 years, Bailey has proven to be a high preforming real estate agent in the Greater Portland Maine area - and this is only the beginning!

Bailey is constantly approached by other agents asking, “How did you do it?”. She was inspired to help and created a social media marketing course for real estate agents to replicate exactly what she’s done.

Fast forward to today, Bailey is still hard at work building her real estate empire and now her social media marketing empire.

How it all began

  • Bailey got licensed as a real estate agent and joined the #1 team at Keller Williams Realty & sold 12 homes this year with no database or home buying/selling experience.

  • Bailey became a solo agent, sold over 30 homes, and really started to focus on her social media marketing efforts recognizing the “gap” in other agents marketing this way.

  • This year Bailey started to become recognized in her local market after selling 40+ homes, and asked by other real estate agents how she is doing what she’s doing.

  • Bailey hired her first admin to assist with the 62 homes she sold this year. She became recognized as a top agent on Social Media by PropertySpark and was a Realtor Magazine 30 Under 30 nominee.

  • This year was a whirlwind, selling 94 homes and becoming a solo top agent in her office, ranking among the top teams and agents with over a decade of experience.

  • Selling nearly $30M worth of real estate, Bailey and her team of 2 admins reached the #10 agent at Keller Williams Realty Maine. This is the year Bailey began producing her course!

Q&A

  • It’s a lot easier than it seems, but you need to do the initial groundwork. It doesn’t happen overnight and the work you do today will typically show up months from now, however you need to start today. There are SO many ways to get leads from social media you just need to know how to do it. My course is the blueprint for social media success and will show you the best ways to get leads from social media marketing as a real estate agent.

  • To be honest, I don’t spend as much time online as you’d think. I set aside about an hour a day to be purposeful and focus on my social media accounts. Our team holds weekly meetings to talk strategy, new ideas, and evaluate what is working best. We are always improving and fine tuning our marketing to make sure we stay ahead of the competition. People will always copy (sometimes it can be flattering), so I always need to think of new ideas band strategies to stand out.

  • The course is self paced and all recorded videos you can watch on your own time. Each lesson comes with work sheets so you can fill them out as you go!
