10 Best Apps for Real Estate Agents
There’s so many apps out there, but how do you know which ones are effective and high quality? I use apps every day in my business and here are 10 of my favorite:
Meta Business Suite - For managing Instagram & Facebook messages, comments, stats & more. This is a MUST HAVE for managing your social accounts
Meta Ads Manager - You need this if you’re running Facebook/Instagram ads. Manage your ads, performances, and make changes right in the app.
Teleprompter - If you’re creating video content this app is essential. Write your script, add it to your app, and record the video while never forgetting what you were going to say!
Lightroom - For those stunning photos you need Lightroom. Edit your pictures and use presets to make your photos really stand out.
Smartmike - I love using this app with my wireless microphone (same brand). The mic takes away any echo from your video and even better - no cords!
Splice - This is an alternative to creating Reels in Instagram. Splice offers a few features IG doesn’t have and is an easy way to edit your video content.
Lightleap - Another photo editing app. I primarily use this to change the sky from dark overcast to sunny & light clouds with the touch of a button. They also offer additional presets similar to Lightroom.
Gridpost - This app takes your Instagram grid to the next level. You can pre-plan your grid in advance and even split a photo for your 9 grid.
Motivation - This app is “pinned” to the background of my home screen as a widget and changes hourly to different motivational quotes that help me throughout the day.
GoogleDrive - This may sound like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many agents don’t utilize this app. It’s a great way to share files with clients, listing photos, team documents and more. I use this every day.
